You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Free Return Shipping

We believe in making returns as easy as possible for you. That's why we offer free return shipping on all eligible items within the United States. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

No Restocking Fee

Unlike some other retailers, we won't hit you with a restocking fee when you return an item. Your refund will be processed for the full amount you paid for the product(s) returned.

No Returns for Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return. We don't offer returns or exchanges on these items because they are offered at significantly discounted prices.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item(s). We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
